आज Artificial Intelligence (AI) हमारी रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी का हिस्सा बन चुका है। ChatGPT जैसे AI tools से लोग पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं, articles लिख रहे हैं, images और videos बना रहे हैं, business में मदद ले रहे हैं और online earning भी कर रहे हैं।
लेकिन Muslim users के सामने एक महत्वपूर्ण सवाल है: क्या Islam में AI का इस्तेमाल करना Halal है या Haram?
इस सवाल का जवाब केवल “Halal” या “Haram” में देना सही नहीं होगा। AI एक technology और tool है। उसका Islamic assessment काफी हद तक उसके उद्देश्य, तरीके, content और परिणाम पर निर्भर करता है।
AI का इस्तेमाल अपने-आप न Halal है और न Haram। अगर AI का इस्तेमाल किसी lawful और beneficial काम के लिए किया जा रहा है और उसमें धोखा, नुकसान, चोरी, privacy violation या prohibited content शामिल नहीं है, तो मामला अलग होगा। गलत उद्देश्य और गलत तरीके से AI का इस्तेमाल अलग Islamic और ethical concern पैदा कर सकता है।
AI क्या है?
AI यानी Artificial Intelligence ऐसी technology है जिसमें computer systems ऐसे काम कर सकते हैं जिनमें आम तौर पर human intelligence की जरूरत होती है।

सामान्य रूप से AI technology का इस्तेमाल अपने-आप Haram नहीं कहा जा सकता। International Islamic Fiqh Academy ने 2025 में Artificial Intelligence पर Resolution No. 258 जारी किया, जिसमें AI के development और use की मूल permissibility का उल्लेख किया गया है, साथ ही lawful purpose, benefit, harm prevention, privacy, rights, security और honesty जैसी बातों को महत्वपूर्ण बताया गया है।
इसका practical मतलब है कि AI का इस्तेमाल किस उद्देश्य से किया जा रहा है, यह बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।
